I took a family heirloom diamond to be mounted by them that had been in the family 60 years. After 6 months the diamond cracked at the mounting sites. When I asked them to repair it they said it broke because of the user, not the mounting. I told them that they would lose my business and they said there are plenty of other customers in San Antonio. more
