Tommy O's is hands down the best place for lunch and dinner anywhere in Vancouver and rivals most Portland area restaurants. I have been eating at Tommy O's for lunch for years and have recently discovered his dinner menu is EXCELLENT. The Pacific Rim Bistro theme is well executed with fresh fish specials daily and a fantastic happy hour menu. The atmosphere is fun and casual while still being appropriate for dates and other more formal occasions. Check out the live music Fridays and Saturdays.
