Poor customer service & terrible rooms 8/7/2006

Upon check in for a family reunion we had to change rooms at total of FIVE times! (1st rm) The hallway on the way to the room was flooded by an overrun commode. (2nd rm) The hot water didn't work (3rd rm) A/C didn't work outside temperature was 97 degrees F! (4th rm) was filthy bathroom hadn't been cleaned since the previous guests and the room door wouldn't lock. We were finally moved to another room which had an ant pest problem, when we called to the desk to inform them we were rudely spoken to by a desk agent saying we had already been overly compensated for our inconviences and there was nothing more the hotel would do to ensure our stay was pleasant! Overly compensated! The hotel management was slow to address any of the problems and some were never addressed at all. There was not one apology for the disruption to our vacation! more
