Tao needs to work on their customer service. I have not found them to be responsive. They are short on the phone and not very helpful. They consistently take on too many repair jobs and don't get to my car in a timely way. I had to rent a car for 4 days because they couldn't get to my repair. I went to the TAO in Raleigh. When I called to make an appointment, they said we don't make appointments just bring it in and we serve cars on a first come, first served basis. How do they know he came first if people are dropping their cars off the night before. My car sat there for most of the day. I never received a call to discuss the estimate I requested. I finally called them after the time I indicated that I needed my car, and they had not even looked at the area I requested. When I got there they wanted to charge me $40 to tell me about a repair that I told them I needed. I will not go back to TAO again. more
