I contacted Farrah's two weeks in advance to arrange for flowers for a family member's funeral. I checked in again three times just to be sure that everything was ok with the order. I was assured that the order would come through. I went to the shop the morning of the funeral and they had failed to get the order! Then, to make matters worse, they told me that I could go by 7-Eleven (since they always have flowers). Are you kidding me? I'm supposed to getting my funeral arrangement from 7-Eleven? The clerk didn't apologize or even bother to put down his cigarette.
