I started working with James about a year and a half ago, having not really worked out before aside from sporadic and unfocused attempts. He guided me gently toward a better understanding of my body and what I needed to do to accomplish my goals - and he taught me how to do that while maintaining good form and avoiding overextending myself. My fitness level and my self-image have improved considerably as a result of working with James. I recommend him with no reservations whatsoever.
