While we were there it was great to have an indoor pool and spa. I asked the night lobby person for a late checkout and he said fine. The woman manager who checked me out said that I had to check with her. I said why should I check in the morning if I got a confirm the night before she was very rude. On top of that when I got out of the shower on our 2nd to last night only to find the mirror started to split at the bottom. After I got my son and I dressed I reported it to the man in the lobby. The man at the desk came down to see it and it had gone half way up already. By morning it was all the way to the top. He said the next evening maintenance looked at it and everything was fine. I checked out nothing was mentioned. When looking over my charges from I vacation I saw an additional $105 from the hotel. I called and the lady who checked me out said that it was for the mirror. When I asked why she did not say anything when she checked me out she said they had to wait for pricing and she did not want a confrontation. Later she tried to say I did not report it right away and that she did not know when she checked me out that I was going to be charged. When I tried to talk to her on the phone all she did was interrupt me and tell me that the other 61 rooms mirrors are not broke. We did nothing to the mirror but take a hot shower from being in the ocean all day and they are trying to charge for it. I would watch out if you stay there. They are not worth the problems
