This hotel is a disgrace to the Holiday Inn chain. The card keys would not work half the time and some people in our party had 8..count 'em 8, different sets of room keys when the ones they had just suddenly stopped working. Though the owner was onsite, little assistance was provided to a clearly untrained staff. To top it off, one in our party was in a wheel chair. The lift from poolside to the meeting rooms was broken and the ramp that used to be there had been removed. The management seemd to display little interest in helping our friend. We got promise after promise that a ramp would be forthcoming. Then, it became excuse after excuse for why one hadn't been put in place. Then, it just became apparent that management never intended to fix the situation. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
