I never met Dr. Grant Smith, so this rating may not be overall very accurate. I met with a sales woman, Gayle Bowen, to discuss the lasik procedure. Treating people with courteousy and respect is very important to me, especially when I am expected to pay $$$$ and trust a professional to my vision. I do NOT recommend New Braunfels Vision Center.
