Got a very decent price for a timing belt change on my Honda Accord recently. Had several questions about services my manual recommended-- they easily could have "raped" me and done them, but scrupulously advised me what was/wasn't needed. There were other necessary services I HAD done in the past year (they weren't aware of), and they helped me to make sure I knew that these were in fact, vital services. There was a mishap that caused damage to my engine mounts, when the timing belt was replaced, but they fully investigated it, and assured my husband and I, it was caused by everything being moved in order to change the timing belt-- aka-- it probably would have happened regardless of who or where the timing belt change was done. They came thru and paid for half the labor to get it all fixed-- it saved me close to $100 off that repair alone. My husband is a tough nut, who knows a decent amount about cars, and even he was convinced it was the car itself, and not the service shop's fault. So, although there was a "glitch", they stepped up to the plate. They are members of the Better Business (fill in last word-- the site won't let me put in full 3 words), and have no complaints. I will definitely use them again. Their customer service was excellent. Pros: customer service, decent prices Cons: none more
