I was impressed when I came to visit the fact that we got so much time to practice behind the bar. I've heard that pther schools over-crowd their classes. I liked the pacing of the class and he mixed it up a lot so that we didn't get bored doing the same thing. I thought his anecdotes about the realities of bartending were really useful.
