We have just left this place after years. It is too much money to pay...over a thousand a month to have issues with kids from nearby neighborhoods throwing eggs and so forth. People live literally on top of each other to the extent that, if you have children, you have not one moment without SOME child ringing the bell or knocking on your door. Worst of all The Gables has many policies and enforces NONE of them, rules for the pool, etc. After the manager leaves at 6, all kinds of annoying things start happening, and they do nothing to back up the residents or help them resolve issues.
