I have been to Alina for ALL my hair needs whether it is for a haircut, hair color or bleachblonde highlights. She amazes me every time. What is remarkable about Alina is that she is very intuitive about what will suit u and she never compromises her principles if she feels u want something or were told by someone to get a look that may inadvertently make u look bad. Whenever I have a visit with her, I invariably come out smiling as she ends up giving me a look that amazes me every time. I really do feel like a supermodel. Her prices are also very reasonable.
Alina can do it all from haircut to hairextensions to lightening or darkening hair. I feel her expertise is definitely in color (which is hard for most other hairstylists..and I have been to so many). I have olive skin and she managed to give me a sxy blonde color that looked so NATURAL (!!!) with my skin tone, and my natural haircolor is BLACK. There was no brassiness at all..people think it is my natural haircolor! I feel she is an artist. She is also a very warm person and while I was in the chair she made me feel so comfortable from the start. She feels like family to me now.
I recommend this hair salon and especially Alina to anyone who wants a look that comes out looking like a star! Definitely a jewel of Glendale. Beats every celebrity salon out there!
