I should have read the reviews more closely and realized this is not the place for the sushi purist. We ordered what we sit at the bar for..What we got was almost a defiance from the sushi chef for trying to keep it pure...toro came brushed with soy sauce...bonito doused with soy sauce...sweet shrimp heads that came cold because they sat behind the bar while the tail was prepared. Our orders took a backseat to the fancier rolls. Ike was closed and Gen was too far for this evening. This place seemed like a factory..got sauce?
