Unless you want all of your maintenance requests totally ignored, don't bother with this complex. They will promise you the world and deliver NOTHING! I have been here for over 2 months and the halls have never been swept, the patio door is unusable so we have been denied use of our patio, and the bedroom windows do not lock.\r
No security lights in certain parking lots. Outside lights on buildings are allowed to stay burned out. In addition, there are no smoke detectors in the apartments and this complex has had several serious fires in the past several years.\r
Here in the heat of the summer, the doggy poo recepticles are left unemptied and without pick-up bags. With no bags, no one cleans up after their dog.\r
Obviously, I will be leaving at the end of my lease.
PROS: Nice pool and health club
