I just switched insurance company and had a great experience. They made it very easy - they were clear, explained exactly what they needed and even sent me the necessary paperwork. They're also local so if you need anything they're super easy (and convenient) to get in touch with. The only drawback is that they're not open 24/7 like some of the direct insurance co's like Geico or Progressive. Service was very friendly.
