After my first visit to Aix I couldnt wait to go back. In true French cuisine tradition the serving sizes are small, but worth it. Every crumb was delicious with a perfect melding of flavors and textures. Our waiter recommended doing several small plates instead of one larger entree plate which was a great idea because it gave us a chance to sample more items. Everything was excellent (I especially loved the escargot tart!). The only disappointment is in the wine, if you are not much of drinker there are only a few wines you can get by the glass.
