Yes, the Sundance Mining Company is a very expensive restaurant, but it is a *good* expensive restaurant. The steak I had was succulent, flavorful, and done to perfection. The sides were tasty but not overpowering; the focus of the meal was definitely the steak.\r

The service was excellent, our waiter was friendly, insightful, and knew his wines. He was very willing to make substitutions on the entrees (his suggestion, not ours!) and returned to our table often to make sure we were full up on water and the like.\r

This is not a family restaurant, this is a classy establishment, and while very expensive, worth every dime.
PROS: Exquisite beef dishes, fine wine selection, great staff.
CONS: Expensive, gets very full/busy.
