I Have always been a little hesitant about dealer ships then one day my car would not come out of park and I was stuck in a parking garage I called Fairfield Vw becasue they where the closest dealer ship to where I was they where very help full on the phone they helped me arrange to get the car towed to the dealer ship and where able to work my car in same day every one was very friendly there and I will recommend this dealer ship to every one that I know that has a Vw
