Overall, I would have to say I am satisfied with Noah's. I have been using their services for several years now and we have 2 large breed dogs. We have had to use Noah's services more then I would like with 1 dog having hip problems and another suffering a major laceration injury. Noah's does somethings extremely well and then they fall short in other areas. \r

Pains:\r
1)extended wait times even when you have appointments during non peak hours. Maybe their expansion will eliminate this??\r
2)Pricing for prescriptions, flea preventives, and other items is often 15 to 20% higher then from sources such as petmeds & even petsmart. They will price match but it is much easier to get the items shipped to you for free then battling waiting at their counter.\r
3)Dr Hodges - I had the displeasure of seeing him on 2 occassions and I refuse to use him again. Suffice to say he could use an attitude adjustment in my opinion. The animals and their owners are his customers and need to be treated accord
