I stood around for about forty-five minutes while salespeople walked around me. The store wasn't even very full. When I finally stepped in front of one when he was running, I got 30 seconds of help. I asked about a stereo head; I was told it wasn't out yet and the guy didn't know or offer to get details for me. He just told me to call whenever I found out it was out if I wanted details. Pioneers website shows it available already. Not very helpful customer service for special order items.
