This is the worst service I have ever received from anywhere. I sent my camera to be repaired and first of all it took twice as long as I was led to believe. Then it was lost or stolen while it was in transit back to me. Trying to get reimbursed has been a joke. I was told by email on 7-7-06 that I would have my check in 8 to 10 business days. Today is 7-31-06 and I am still waiting. To get someone on the phone expect a 20 minute wait. To get an email reply, don't expect it at all. I recommend if you have bought a Sony product that needs repair and they try and tell yhou to send it to them (which is what happened to me), you ask Sony for another referal or find someone yourself.
