\r \r The following documentation to bring you up to date and to help you understand the situation that arose with EZ Emission.\r \r July 18, 2006 : I took the test at 10:13 am. I did not have cash or check with me at the time of the test, though I had credit card. A technician told me that he would not take credit card. Since I live close his place, I asked him if I could bring in check around 11:00 am, he told me sonically that it would be fine. He also stated that he would increase his charge if I do not bring it sooner.\r \r I brought my check round 10:50 am and paid $17.00 with my check. The technician at EZ emission provided me his judgment FAIL. (Please see attached.) He told me to go to VPMD giggling. I thought that his attitude is strange. I decided to go to other shop to take emission test.\r \r July 21, 2006: I took emission test for my car at Super Tokyo and the test passed. See attached. \r \r July 25, 2006: I called EZ emission to request him to refund $17.00 to me because I considered that the technician deliberately provided me FAIL because I did not have cash or check or his machine is disabled. If he would not return $17.00, I will contact VPMD and contact my lawyer. I have prepaid legal which does not cost so much. However, he told me that he would not return $17.00. He also told me that it would cost at least $100.00 to get $17.00 back. I asked him the reasons why my car failed in his shop however, passed in other shop.\r \r In sum, I have been driving Honda Accord since 1999. My car has never failed emission tests. I believe that he is not qualified to provide appropriate service to his customer. If his shop does not accept credit card, he should have posted in his shop. However he did not. In addition, he did not explain the reasons why my car failed in emission test at his shop and passed in other shop. I have been very unhappy with his services. more
