Most people in Southern California know the sushi/seafood buffet called Todai. Most, thankfully, are unaware of a great alternative tucked away in West Covina. It's similar is style...in that it's a buffet and they have sushi and seafood. However, the choices are often very different...and sometimes a little more authentic to the Japanese roots that created places like this. \r

Onami is smaller than most Todai restaurants. This can be a plus as there are fewer diners to fight with and less noise. One drawback of this location is that it's in the mall. So, sometimes it does get a little loud despite the smaller dining room.\r
