My husband and I rented a truck from Uhaul. We returned it 14 hours early. We returned it after hours, so we had to place the keys in a drop box. We received a call 5 days later saying the could not find the truck. We returned the call, and were told there was no problem. They called again 5 days later, and we called back and were told again that everything was fine. Yesterday they charged my credit card $1211.00 for a stolen truck! I am now disputing this with them, but they are very unorganized, and can't seem to figure out what they are doing. Now I know why their prices are so much cheaper!
