We used this service a few years ago for a one week, and had a small misunderstanding regarding the deposit, but overall the stay was nice. We thought we would give them a try again, for a two week stay in September. Pat the woman who seems to run the company, did not return phone calls or emails. We finally were able to contact her via email, she asked that we contact her the next week, closer to the date. The next time I spoke with her she seemed to have completely forgotten our previous conversations (and the fact that I had left her several messages discussing my needs) and gave me different information. She was unprofessional on so many levels, and I would not advise anyone to use their services.
Pros: Great prices for travelers staying in town for long periods of time
Cons: Good luck getting any customer service
