All this without crossing the ocean. The last wine appreciation dinner that I attended was resplendent with an amazing six course meal with specially selected wines. During each taste, I had to focus on moving the food, as well as the wine gently in my mouth to appreciate all of the chef's subtle efforts for my pleasure. Also, Scott's wine narration was the most detailed and knowledgeable I have ever heard. If you miss the wine dinners, you will love the chef's choice menus. Danielle (chef Gerard's daughter) is an angel in the dining room, and always makes you feel like royalty. The chateaubriand is a masterpiece if beef is your pleasure.
