I grew up in Memphis and spent many years in Texas, so I'm a brutal BBQ critic, and I have been shocked into silent bliss by every item I've tried on the Jim N Nicks menu. The pork links are nothing short of amazing. The brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and turkey are pretty much perfect, especially with a shot of their Habanero sauce. And yes, not only are all the sides as amazing as any homemade you can find, the cheese biscuits (really more like fluffy vanilla muffins with so much shredded cheese in the batter that they fall apart, served with hand-whipped honey butter) are absolutely worth their own visit just to grab a dozen...\r
