The only reason why I went to this restaurant was because my friends told me about the horrible customer service it has, and I just wanted to really check it out to see whether it is true or not. The result was yes, it was the first restaurant I have ever been to that has such a bad customer service, not intentionally but just naturally bad. My server completely ignored us and would not come back and check on us. Also, the food was not that good compared to other Asian restaurants. I really don't know why people still go there, is it because of the bad treatment experience they want to get or is it because of the food? Because if it is for the food, trust me, there are more Asian restaurants in this city that are way better. I genuinely would not recommend this restaurant to any one. Check out other Asian restaurants in this city, you will find it much satisfying than Hong Kong noodle.
