I had a problem with my Gravely ZT 1540 Lawn Mower, that I could not fix, myself. They had sold it to me, slightly over a year ago, while under different management and company name. I called, was quickly transferred to a knowledgeable Service-Person, who arranged to have my mower picked up, at a certain time, on a certain date. On that day, at that time, (you could set your watch by their driver, Eddie,) it was picked up, as promised. I was going to be unavailable, when it was ready, so Eddie agreed to deliver it, at my convenience, one week later. I called, that morning, to double check, and was told Eddie would deliver my machine at between 1:00 and 1:30 PM. At 1:15, he was at the end of my driveway, with my machine, all repaired and ready to go. To top it all off, Syracuse Kubota decided my mower was still under warranty, and did the entire job at no cost to me. I can not praise their Service Department, and Management, too highly. In a world where shoddy workmanship occurs so often, it is a pleasure to recommend people to who Craftsmanship is still an important value in their business. HFG
Pros: Fine products. Service Department rates a Gold Star. Attitude is great.
Cons: I wish they were located closer to me.
