This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. I was a brand new customer coming to get a haircut. I called twice to get directions and both people I spoke with had NO CLUE how to get to the salon. Keep in mind that I only live 4 miles away. After getting off an exit that the receptionist told me (it was the WRONG one), I called the salon directly to give me directions from where I was. Once I spoke to them on the phone, my appointment was at 6:30pm, and I was running a bit late, they told me that they didn't have time to fit me in, eventhough I had made an appointment. Their reasoning was that they ""had something to go to at 7:00pm."" So, they canceled my appointment.
