Under previous ownership, at least stylists showed up for appointments. Hesitant to head back under the new MH name after a friend had a recent bad experience with a colorist, I booked an appointment out of convenience, only to be stood up. Unfortunately, the salon did tell me that my appt was in the system, but was not able to offer anything other than a 'sorry' as I walked out the door. Having relocated from Manhattan, where competition drives skill and customer service... it is so sad that Providence cannot maintain an upper echelon salon. Someone from MH Boston better head south and reign in the business, clearly what is happening here is bad for the local customers downtown, not to mention the MH brand. more
