I have a brother that is a chef at a 5 Star resturaunt and this is no such thing! A five star resturaunt would not use frozen vegatables and old baked potatoes that were so mushy they oozed water through the fork tines when attempting to 'fluff'. I will admit the crab was good but for the price I expected fresh vegetables and a freshly baked potato with my meal. Maybe the Chantilly Potatoes were good we don't know because they were not available the night we were there. If I were the chef in this kitchen I would make the chintilly potatos the standard side with all meals since baking the potatos fresh seems to be a challange.
