I've lived in Sevilla for four years and this is the closest I've come to having a taste of Spain. While a lot of the so called ""Tapas"" restaurants in Los Angeles try to put their own culinary spin on Spanish cusine (spicying it up for people that don't know the difference between Mexico and Spain ), this restaurant sticks to authentic flavors. The Gambas al ajillo are amazing, their selection of Spanish wines is both top notch and inexpensive. While it can get noisy on weekends, during the week it is mellow and romantic.
Pros: food, service, sangria
Cons: very busy every time I went there
