This was my first and my last time to go to Mr. Natural. I ordered an avocado sandwich. I simply wanted avocado, lettuce, and tomato on whole wheat bread. When they brought the sandwich to our table, I immediately noticed that the whole wheat bread was sliced very thick and it was not fresh. The avocado on the sandwich was almost nonexistent. I would estimate that the amount of avocado on my sandwich was less than 1/4 of a SMALL avocado. Instead of a leaf or two of green or red leaf lettuce, the lettuce was iceberg (healthy? NO nutritional value at all!) lettuce and it was chopped into pieces. Along with the chopped pieces of lettuce were chopped pieces of tomato rather than slices of tomato. There were also small pieces of red cabbage mixed in with the chopped lettuce and tomato. They evidently just grabbed a handful of already made ""salad"" and stuck it between two pieces of thick, dried out bread with a microscopic amount of avocado. The person I dined with enjoyed his meal. He had fried eggplant which is not a very ""healthy"" choice.
