We hired this limo company for my sister's bachelorette party. The beginning was great, but then when some girls wanted to go home, we called the limo driver and he said he was in Long Island refueling (we were in Manhattan) and that he wouldn't be back for three hours! We paid a ton of money for the limo and girls had to take cabs back home. It was totally ridiculous. Worse, when we complained to the company, they denied it ever happened
