I made my first trip to Bahama Breeze tonight, and my entire party was shocked at how poorly the main outdoor bar area out front is designed. There is a small drink-garnishing station on the outside of the bar where waiters and waitresses can take drinks from the bartender, add fruit, and then take the drink to whoever ordered it. The problem with this setup is that the fruit bar is out in the open, right along a main corridor for customer traffic, and there is nothing to stop anyone from reaching over and grabbing a handful of fruit to munch on as they pass by.
