I can't believe what the owner of this shoe repair store gave back to me. He charges $12/pair of shoes no matter what kind of repair. I gave him four pairs of shoes that needed new heals, and a light touch up on the polish on the front of the shoes. He gave me back two of the pairs of shoes w/o the touchup b/c he didn't have the color of shoe polish. When I asked him if I could get a discount because he only replaced the small heal (the size of the tip of my pinky which can't cost more than $3) he said absolutely not. That is the first and last time I go to this place.
