My husband and I used to eat at Rita's all the time before we moved to Washington state. That was several years ago, right after it opened. Rita's pizza was the best back then. We moved back and were looking forward to eating there again; boy, are we sorry that we did!! There have been BIG changes in the quality of Rita's pizza!! They are using low quality ingredients now and it is SO greasy!! Their service was not so good, either! There was a girl there wearing a backless shirt, she had tattoos all over her back and she had greasy skin and hair!! I couldn't stop getting sick thinking that SHE touched our food!! She was very rude and didn't tend to our needs much. She also had her son running around the establishment!! Needless to say, my husband and I were both sick for the next day due to all the grease in the pizza. We will NEVER eat there again nor will we recommend it to anyone we know!!!!
Pros: The food is cheap!
Cons: The food is cheap (literally) and the service was way below average!!!!
