I wanted to go somewhere special on my birthday and we ended up at Jasoh. I never would have believed that a wood burning oven could make such a difference. Boy was I wrong. The salmon that I had was perfect. The mango tapenade was a perfect accompanyment to the smoky flavors of the wood oven. My husband had a filet mignon, and said it was the best He has ever eaten. They have these incredible demi-glaze sauces that are truly unmatched in Utah. All of the desserts sre made in house, and the Tiramisu is heaven.
