I found the sales representative at the Chandler, AZ store to be very helpful (and patient) in assisting me and my husband with the design of our new outdoor kitchen. Backyard Splash has the best pricing for the quality that we could find. We originally met Ryan at the homeshow but didn't place a purchase until weeks later. He made us feel comfortable with the idea of making sure that we took the time to get what we wanted. The only reason that I cant put a 10 out of 10 and rather will rate them 9 out of 10 is the fact that they were a couple weeks longer to produce the ""island"" than a couple other companies. However, that was presented honestly to us up front and the BBQ set up that we got was definitely worth the wait. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner in Scottsdale as we were considering a floor model spa that Ryan sent us to look at. He was a very friendly and helpful gentleman. If you are in the market I definitely give my referral to these guys!
