I stayed here for my friend's wedding. The staff was rude when checking in, as a map of the Simsbury Inn was tossed at me. The staff acted like the guests were a nuisance. Especially when the room keys were programmed incorrectly and the bridal party and guests were all locked out of the rooms. They would not unlock the rooms with out proper ID, but seeing that all the ID's were locked in the rooms...it made no sense! If your looking for a reception place or a nice relaxing weekend...look else where. This place has no hospitality!
