Stopped by for drinks and cheap eats, but was greeted with one of the stingiest happy hours I've ever come across. I ordered the $3 cheeseburger and, being intolerant to mayonaise, made a request that my meal be served sans sauce. My inquiry was met with a statement that the kitchen cannot fulfill custom orders. Custom? Medium-rare is custom. The addition of bacon is custom. I was omitting a step, therefore saving someone in the kitchen time. I didn't realize the customization required by omitting sauce. So I asked the visibly impatient server for more time. A slight roll of her eyes, and she was gone. We did not see her again for nearly 15 minutes.
