I had Eastergard HVAC checked / repaired my house AC twice in the past. Two days ago, my AC wasn't cooling. With no doubt, I called them again since they had done a great job twice in the past. This time, the AC broke at a most worst timing; I am getting married in a week, busy, and my family is coming in town. Eastergard wasn't able to come on Friday because many people were having AC problems during these hot days. He called me on Saturday morning and put me on the highest priority (as over-flowed customer from Friday.) I was concerned if I would have to pay for weekend "emergency" service. He came around 11 AM, identified the problem immediately. During our chat, I found out that he worked until 10 PM the night before. And, he found out that I was getting married in a week. Make the store short, he gave me the service FREE, as a wedding gift. How amazing how God works among His people! Praise Him. I didn't expect that because he has a business and this is how he make a living. On the professional side, he was able to ID the problem in a heart beat. (This I've known from my previous two experiences with this company.)

Cons: good technician with high demand; make sure you are booked
