The serviceman took time to explain the problem to me, and gave me several options that would solve my problem. He helped me get the most reasonable cost.
I will definitely pass this companies name on to anyone looking for an electrician!
(I really like the technicians wearing booties to protect customer's flooring. I have white carpet, and usually have to ask repairmen to be careful. This time I didn't have to say a word!)
Pros: Timliness, Quality workmanship, superior customer service
Cons: price was just a little more than I wanted to pay, but certainly outweighed my last experience with an electrician
