Two of my friends recommended the stylists at this salon, but told me that the management is not friendly and they are not customer service driven. Despite these remarks, I decided to set and appointment for a cut and color. They take your credit number to reserve an appoinment, which I think is ridiculous and un-heard of. But I made the appointment anyway. The day of my appointment I got into a car accident and was running late. I spoke to the manager to re-schedule, she was extremely rude and told me that they will take a 50% service charge because I couldn't make my appoinment and didn't give four hours of notice. I said how could I give notice, I just got into an accident. She said it was store policy and they would not change their decision. 50% of a cut and color comes out to about $85 dollars or there abouts. That is ridiculous. They obviously don't value their customer's, and repeat business. I have never been treated so crudley and unfairly by anyone in the salon industry.
