I stayed at the Natick Crowne Plaza for a friends wedding and had a TERRIBLE experience. I made reservations months in advance and confirmed the day before arriving. At check-in, they did not have our reservation and the concierge looked at us like we were crazy for 20 minutes and as we're freaking out about what to do, he casually mentions that he had plenty of rooms. Thanks for info.Then we asked for a smoking room, and they called us at midnight and told us to stop smoking in our room because it was a non-smoking room. We told them we would move rooms and they said fine, so we packed up our things and after an hour we called them and they told us we could stay there if we kept the window open. Are you kidding me? They also deactivated our keys so that one of my roomates could not get back into the room. All the wedding guests were spread throughout the hotel so we had to move in groups to get from one room to the other and the hotel told us we were making too much noise. They also told us there was an airport shuttle early in the morning and when my friend showed up very early to get to the airport, she found that they had completely misinformed her about the hours of operation. She just barely made her flight and its not a cheap cab ride to Logan from this place. Upon check-out, they charged us 200 dollars for noise complaints from other hotel guests who refused to pay their bills (security came to our room once asking us to quiet down). I should have taken a cue from these guests and done the same. The staff at this hotel is incompetent and rude and I will never stay at a Crowne hotel ever again, and neither should you!!
