My family and I went to Lone Star in Montgomery, AL and we were extremely displeased with the service and the food. First we waited over an hour for our meals and when they arrived they were not prepared as expected. The waitress and the manager were condescending when we complained and gave the lame excuse that our food was late becuase we had an appetizer. We only had one and it was Spinach Dip. At the end they were basically shoving us out the door and gave us the appetizer for free. That was the only thing that was right. We will never go again because they are supposed to specialize in steaks and they were not good and the service was poor! Don't waste your time or money. Go to Outback instead
