Jesse, customer service, very nice. In our 4 years of West Pac as a HVAC servicer, 75% of appointments were missed. One time, they claimed there was no appointment made although THEY called to confirm them. We honestly never like to call because who knows if they'll show...taking time off work for nothing is frustrating. I would shop around. The people may be nice but the actual service, if you get any, is slow and communication is "zero". On hold for a total of 2 hours (two 1/2 hour sessions and one 55 minute session) on July 10, 2006 I have never complained about anyone but I feel consumers need to know about them...especially if you are contracted with WestPac through a new builder. They treat you as if you have to use them anyway so who cares (in my opinion they do not). Pros: Nice dispatchers...most of the time Cons: more missed appointments with no calls more
