I don't know what they do to those things but that Lahaina fried chicken is amazing. Back Home in Lahaina is also one of the few Hawaiian restaurants that actually serve poke (cubed raw fish) that looks and tastes like poke! We just celebrated a friend's birthday there and the service was excellent.
Pros: Lahaina fried chicken, Jello Cheesecake Dessert
Cons: There are only 2 locations and I'm not near either of them!
